We had a fabulous holiday in your beautiful villa. Excellent accommodation which is very well equipped, The villa is very welcoming and a credit to you both. Good location, quiet and private. We loved the pool which was clean, extremely cooling and very welcoming during the hot weather we had during our stay. Thank you Michael for arranging our taxi transfer from and to the airport. We foung this really useful. We would love to come again.

An excellent holiday villa. Michael does a great job with communication before the holiday and with all the details you need on arrival. It depends what you want but the villa is well located out of Larnaca in a quieter area, but its just a short walk to the beach, restaurant and local shops. The villa itself is high spec, and has everything you need, even if you choose to 'cook in'. We will be back next year !

Villa Kempson is a credit to its owners, we had a wonderfull time in your villa, it was what people say, home from home, only wish we used the car, as we spent most of our time around the pool, as there was really no where to go, but we did spend half a day in larnaca seefront, and made use of the bikes, mike and yvonne were a great help to us, when we needed it, the welome card and a bottle wine, was a lovely feeling to invite us in to the villa

Michael Kempson: Thank you for the comments the pool is cleaned 3 times a week you arrived inbetween cleans and there had been a bit of a storm before you arrive but Gary insures me all was well after that. There are may resurants and bars locally but yes it is recommended to take the car.

The villa and car was excellent, everything you could want was provided for and the information provided by Michael was great, I will be recommending this villa to all my friends and family and the next time we come out to Cyprus we will rebook the villa if it’s available.

Our little family group 3 adults and a 23 month old baby rented the Villa for two weeks from the above date and as previous Villa renters (commercial agents) we were knocked out not just by the Villa itself but also the attention to detail and the really "Homely" atmosphere. The Welcome card and bottle of Wine set the standard as soon as you walk in the front door, from shopping bags to Ice packs - Cool bags - Picnic box - Beach towels - electric pump for Pool inflatables - DVD'S Music - Books; the level of equipment defies description and in fact made us aware of things we needed to have in our own home ! The car was excellent and a joy to drive, although with a small child we had to restrict our exploring the Island to short trips.
Our thanks to Yvonne and Michael for a wonderful holiday and if every Villa reflected this one the Holiday world would be a better place.
