Entrance to the spacious living room is from the front door. To the side is a patio door to the east facing side veranda with Blackout curtains. The kitchen is accessed from the lounge through a sliding door. The living room is fully equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, Video Recorder there are 2 Table lights and a ceiling fan with light as well as an air-conditioning unit and a gas portable fire.
Furniture includes 2 x 2-seater sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), an arm chair and glass coffee table. It is fully air conditioned and has a fire for those cool winter evenings.
